Fieldwise Privacy Policy

Fieldwise does not collect any data from this app. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, no third-party SDKs. The privacy story is the product, so we say it plainly.
What stays on your device
- Knowledge packs you download.
- The on-device language model used to answer your questions.
- Your in-app favorites and chat history.
- Your purchase entitlements (verified locally against StoreKit).
What leaves your device
Fieldwise's network access is limited to four endpoints, all initiated by you:
- Pack catalog and pack downloads from
packs.getfieldwise.app. - Model file download from
packs.getfieldwise.app. - Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases.
- This website (
getfieldwise.app) is separate from the app and operates under the policy below.
About this website
getfieldwise.app is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not run analytics,
do not embed third-party SDKs, and do not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare's edge
logs (which include request timing and IP address) are retained by Cloudflare per
their data policy and used only for abuse prevention.
If you sign up for the waitlist, we store your email address in a Cloudflare KV database alongside the time you signed up and which page you signed up from. We use that list once — to tell you the App Store listing is live. You can ask us to delete your email at any time by contacting the address below.
